Used the new access system which was excellent and simple and received immediate responses. It took out all of the usual 7 o clock madness of trying to get an appointment. The care that I received went beyond my expectations. I was treated with unbelievable empathy and respect, culminating in a very tenacious Doctor managing to access immediate medical advice. Really couldn’t have hoped for more.

This is the first time that I have used the new emailing system and it was so incredibly efficient. I had had two emails from the doctor and a prescription organised within an hour. Excellent service.

To have a space on the form to put any symptoms that didn’t necessarily fit the symptoms stated on the form.

I feel that the new system is a great improvement. I've used it twice. On each occasion my email was answered within minutes. On the second occasion it was necessary for me to see the physiotherapist. An appointment was made for the next day. The physiotherapist was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. No complaints from me.

Dr didn't listen to me. Told to eat meat even though I stated I'm a vegetarian. Exam bench not clean, used paper roll left on bench from previous patient with dirty equipment. Came out with referral irrelevant to concern so declined this as waste of resources. Worse consult ever had.
